I founded Glistening Waters Center for Integrative Wellness in 2021 to focus on patient and caregiver advocacy, to promote a holistic and sustainable approach to healthcare, while prioritizing the wellness needs and goals of underserved communities. 

My offerings include Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga styles for all populations, including Prenatal, Postnatal, and those suffering from chronic pain and limited range of motion. As a registered nurse and Birth Coach, I have offered yoga and Reiki to pediatric non-verbal patients as well as birthing mothers with wonderful results.

My yoga sessions incorporate sound healing, Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and Ayurvedic teachings to promote self-awareness, self-acceptance, creativity, and ownership of one's ever-evolving healing practice.

I live in Worcester and am a nomadic yogi, bringing my customized services to public and private events throughout the state and to the homes of clients who prefer a more personalized practice.
